The surreal time that everyone of us is living and dealing with has strongly changed our habits. Now we can slowly begin to get back to the everyday life and appreciate again everything that makes us feel good. Now it’s up to us.

In the MARCHE things are getting better in the last weeks and we are getting back to normal step by step. Maybe you already know, but we decided to welcome you from May the 1st, sure that we can offer a safely stay.

We wanted to put your health and the one of your family and our team first, just like at home.

We are applying all the protocols that our Region is providing to avoid the infection; furthermore we add some personalized measures in order to guarantee the maximum safety. We will try to make available all our services with the necessary safety regulation and, by the way, with the same quality that defines us, in order to let you spend a memorable holiday.

ANTI-COVID ACTIONS - #STAYHEALTHY

Our Guests’ and Staff’s health is our priority, therefore we have adjusted to the Region Marche regulation and taken personalized actions based on the recommendations of the WHO (World Health Organization) in order to ensure an holiday far from worries and fears. On our website and social networks you can find details of the operations we will do in accordance with the internal rules which will be updated and possibly lightened following the developments of the health situation in constantly tracking.

SAFETY DEVICES

• Staff will wear safety devices such as mask and gloves in order to guarantee their own health and the one of our Guests;
• Hand-sanitizing gel will be put at disposal all around the Camping Village;
• We guarantee safety distances in the public areas.

INDOOR AND OUTDOOR SANITIZATION

• Regular ventilation and rigorous sanitization with certified equipment of rooms, bar, restaurant, market, public toilets, swimming pool, and public areas will be made;
• Regular disinfection of the main transmission points like switches, door handles, surfaces, etc;
• CALYPSO CLEAN ROOM seal to ensure that nobody walked in the room after sanitization process

FOOD & BEVERAGE

To ensure more safety we will provide:

• Reduction of tables in the restaurant;
• 2 service rounds for lunch and dinner for more comfort and safety;
• DELIVERY service to enjoy your lunch and dinner in your room with your family;
• TAKE AWAY MEALS service with quota of the entrances and safety distances;
• Snack and drinks under the sun-umbrella with digital orders.

ENTERTAINMENT

We can’t do all :( but we will do everything possible to keep offering the typical entertainment and amusement of Camping Village Calypso.

MINICLUB

Our Miniclub will be followed by specialized personnel which will look after the application of the safety measures and presence of up to 10 kids at the same time in the playground, possibly with the support of their parents.

FITNESS

Everyday many proposals to make you feel fit. Muscle toning, zumba lessons, cardio-training and more…in accordance with the maximum admissible number of partecipants and the safety distance.

SHOWS

We will be less but more motivated. We are looking at all our options to keep offering you a funny and diversified entertainment program.
NEW SUMMER 2020 - Brand new outdoor playground for the little ones by the beach.

SWIMMING POOL

We can guarantee the opening of the swimming pool. In order to avoid overcrowded situation we decided to extend the opening hours from 9 am to 8 pm!
Swimming pool will be closed from 2 to 3:30 pm for the sanitization process.
For safety reasons access will be monitored by our staff. We will put the best attention for the disinfection of the sun beds after their use.

BOOK SAFETY

With our STANDARD Cancellation Policy cancellation is free up to 21 days before the check-in date.

You can add to your stay the option "BOOK SAFELY" at the only cost of 30 € which allows you to bring the free cancellation up to 4 days before the check-in date.

Within these terms it is guaranteed the total recovery of the deposit by voucher used until 31/12/2022 or by bank transfer refund.
The integration of the option "BOOK SAFELY" must be simultaneous to the confirmation of the reservation and in case of cancellation is the only cost that will be retained.

FURTHER INFORMATION

Indoor and outdoor spaces are available, allowing safety distance without giving up on services. All our activities will be performed without losing sight of the safety measures letting you living memorable moments. Our personnel will be daily checked before enter service, properly and specifically informed and quickly updated in order to guarantee the knowledge and the respect of the security protocols.
